There are several room types to choose from at Cairns Mantra Trilogy Hotel, Hotel Rooms and Holiday Apartments. The larger three bedroom apartments are a great size for families with kids, multi-families or groups and the smaller one bedroom apartments and studio suites are great for couples seeking a romantic escape or corporate travellers in town for short stays, or business.
One, two and three bedroom holiday apartments have full kitchen facilities with an oven, stove top, dishwasher and microwave; they also have laundry facilities. All rooms at Mantra Trilogy Cairns are air conditioned, have private balconies, have Television/DVD and CD players, and hairdryers.
The self contained apartments at Mantra Trilogy Apartment & Spa combine modern furnishings with quality fittings and upholstery. Yes, The Mantra Trilogy was a lovely resort accommodation. The location was brilliant. It was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was that we had a room that faced one of the other buildings (can see into other rooms)
Great location, friendly staff, great rooms.
Right in the centre of town, kids loved the pool and being so close to the esplanade.
Again we were in a perfect location. The staff are fantastic. Nothing is to much trouble.
Was disappointed that there was nothing in the fridge i.e. no refreshments or milk to make a coffee etc., We had travelled quite a distance and whilst were only there overnight, we got to our room and there was nothing to drink or nibble on. Also, the front desk held $100 against credit card, but there was no reason due to nothing in bar fridge!!
The accommodation was very good- location, cleanliness, reception staff etc. Kitchen cupboard basics were very limited and no markings on stove/ oven made using it a mystery!! only burnt the taco shells!!

Yes we thought the hotels two bedroom apartment was excellent. The kids loved the beautiful pool and we all appreciated the location, close to everything without being too close
We stayed at the Mantra Trilogy Resort which was very central to all restauants and the boardwalk. Rooms were fairly clean but could have been better (attention to detail). Outside balcony needed to be cleaned - it was very dirty under foot.

We thought after staying at palm cove we wouldnt like it as much but we were wrong we loved the apartment the view was amazing great location self contained WOW we will definately be returning
This hotel is in a perfect position to access restaurants and public transport. The Avis car we rented in Palm Cove only had to be returned a block from the hotel which was fabulous. A few issues with lifts but otherwise very adequate accommodation.
We really enjoyed our stay at Mantra Trilogy. Central to everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. All staff were very helpful and friendly.
Initial reaction to our room was one of extreme disappointment. The room was tiny, no towels and looked like it had not been properly cleaned and made-up. After advising the desk of our disappointment, we were placed into a room that was much more like what had been displayed on the website when booking.
Would I stay at Mantra again? Only due to the fact that the desk clerk looked after us, yes. Under normal circumstances, no, not again!
It was adequate. We could have down without a disabled room though.

It was fantasic, very central to everything Cairns has to offer. Our apartment was clean, spacious & affordable.
First stay: clean, attractive room, decent view. Swimming pool cold. Second stay (5 days later: had to walk through underground parking lot, pulling luggage, to reach room. Very unsatisfactory. Also was unable to get special rate, so expensive. Pool still icy.
Reef Encounter: snorkeling conditions were not the best, but the enthusiastic, helpful, good-natured staff and the international mix of fellow guests made the made up for it.
The Mantra Trilogy was also a comfortable place to stay and relax in. My room had a view over Cairns to the south, although it pretty much rained the whole time I was in Cairns, I got to see a few things and put my feet up and relax. The hotel staff were friendly and check in/check out was very easy.
Was a great place to stay in Cairns and located central to everything. I did feel the lounge was very old and uncomfortable as well as the main bed but apart from that it was excellent. Staff were brilliant, Hotel was very clean, the rooms were very large as well. Would stay there again.

Wow wow wow was the first and lasting impression. We had a huge sub-penthouse that was totally palatial. The kids loved the huge home theatre and we loved the 270 degree views. The mantra trilogy must be the best located hotel in Cairns. Just wonderful and the front desk was so helpful.
The Mantra Trilogy is a beautiful place to stay. Its very central to all of the main centre of Cairns shopping and restaurant area so a car is not required. The view from the ocean view apartments is gorgeous.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with 7 people. The amenities provided in the apartment were not sufficient for the amount of people that the unit is able to hold. There were not enough chairs for everyone to sit on at the same time to watch tv or eat a meal together and the verandah table and chairs only had 4 chairs and a very small table. The kitchen utensils were so far and few between it really made it impossible to cook any meals ( the toaster was a 2 slice toaster and only 1 very small frypan was provided which made it impossible). we even had to request extra plates and cutlery as there wasnt enough for everyone. The apartments are not serviced ( which is not a problem) but they did not provide anything to clean the floors with which when you stay for a week with that many people can get very dirty.
The pool area is lovely and in summer im sure it would be fantastic, but when we were there in April it wasnt that hot for the water to warm up very much and since the pools are in shade of the buildings for the majority of the time it was too cold to even sit out by the pool during the afternoon.
