CORAL COAST TRIATHLON

The Coral Coast Triathlon 5150 is the oldest triathlon in Australia and takes place in the tropical haven of Port Douglas including individual and team competitors and Enticer distance available for individuals. This triathlon is th 'warm up' to the signature event, Cairns Aiport IRONMAN Triathlon.
The Coral Coast Triathlon includes a scenic bike ride along the coast between Cairns and Port Douglas finishing along the famous Four Mile Beach run.

70km & 35Km RRR MOUNTAIN BIKE CHALLENGE

For over 24 years now, the MTB World Championships have been held across the country. Cairns first hosted the event in 1996 and in 2015 it promises to be bigger and better.
With over 400 entrants from all over the country and globe, Tropical North Queensland's terrain offers a challenging and diverse course. A great spectator sport, dont miss out on your chance to see this adventurous sport close up!
The course starts in Mt Molloy in the Cairns Highlands making its way down to the coast ending stretch along the famous Port Douglas four mile beach and ending in the township.

HEKILI GREAT BARRIER REEF OCEAN CHALLENGE

Palm Cove is the starting point for Australia's newest and biggest Iron Ocean challenge!
The 2015 Hekili Great Barrier Reef Ocean Challenge will see more surf skis and outrigger canoes battling the surf along the 40 km coastline.
Finishing in in Port Douglas the 4th annual Great Barrier Reef Ocean Challenge will be a test of skill and endurance!
