This central city hotel is only 10 minutes from the Cairns International Airport and is close by all of Cairns’ Cities restaurants, shops, nightclubs and conference and meeting venues.

We found the accomodation very comfortable. The room layout was perfect.
Nice facilities, but a bit expensive.
We had to wait over an hour for the night manager to let us in via the late check-in procedure. Only received a free breakfast pack for each visitor (2 in total, so a total of $16) - better compensation needed for keeping us waiting for so long in the middle of the night.
The 2 receptionists (Ruth and Megan) were extremely friendly and helpful and the receptionist (Bernie) downstairs on the ground level was fantastic in helping organise all the tours we did. The room was very nice and comfortable. Very nice place to stay at.
We certainly enjoyed our stay at Breakfree Royal Harbour. The accommodation was of a high standard, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very impressive.
We loved the location - we found the airconditioning too cold, and we couldn't find instructions to modify it.
The location of this accommodation was great - very central. The overall service and range of facilities was also satisfying. I would have to say though that the apartment wasn't as clean as I would have liked it. There was a lot of dust and the bathroom had hair. We had our baby with us and after crawling around for an hour her clothes were black! Overall we had a positive experience.
We were very impressed with the apartment, the view was pleasent, the balcony excellent, staff wonderful, facilities and service great, location perfect, all made for an enjoyable holiday.
All was good. Room well cleaned, any requests were completed quickly and without fuss. Will be back to hotel when next in cairns.
