The Island Resort has 70 stylish rooms and is an innovative resort with chic and sophisticated designs as well as world class facilities. All rooms at Peppers Blue on Blue have private spaciously furnished balconies with uninterrupted water views, air conditioning, telephones, flat screen Televisions, pay TV and personal mini bars. The apartments have full kitchens while the smaller teal rooms have kitchenettes. Some suites even have private plunge pools on the balcony “Wow”.

Turquoise Two Bedroom Apartments have two bedrooms (one with a queen sized bed and one with a king sized bed or two single beds) and some have two bathrooms. These rooms have full kitchens with stainless steel modern appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), and open planned living areas which flow out to the balcony

Sapphire Three Bedroom Apartments have three bedrooms (two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one bedroom with a king sized bed or two single beds), two modern bathrooms (one with a luxurious deep bathtub for those candle lit mood enhancing evenings), a modern stainless steel kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, and dishwasher) and an open planned living area which flows out to the balcony.

Magnetic Island

Peppers Blue on Blue Island Resort overlooks the shimmering Nelly Bay Harbour and is only steps away from the ferry terminal that connects Magnetic Island to the Townsville on the mainland.

Although there is plenty to do within Peppers Blue on Blue luxury resort, there is also lot’s to see and do outside the resort on the stunning Magnetic Island. Magnetic Island is mostly National Park and is a wildlife sanctuary for animals such as wallabies, koalas, kookaburras and plenty more. Enjoy the stunning natural scenery on several self guided walking and hiking trails. The sandy coastline of beautiful Magnetic Island is surrounded by Coral making the tropical island an ideal spot for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing.

Day tours to the Great Barrier Reef leave each morning from Magnetic Island. If you love the water there are plenty of water sports available on Magnetic Island such as jet skis, kayaks, canoes and motorized dinghies. Discover the island from above in a seaplane or helicopter or on the ground during a cycling, walking, motorcycle, moped or bus tour. Magnetic Island has its own 9 hole golf course and of course there are always the golden sands that surround the island if you are looking for a sunny day at the beach.

Magnetic Island is a short 20 minute ferry boat ride from Townsville and is 4 hours driving time south of Cairns International Airport. Please advise if you have connecting flights to Townsville from Cairns or require a rent a car when making your reservation.
