Fitzroy Island Resort Rainforest View Rooms – are the perfect island accommodation for couples on short stays. The Rainforest View Rooms boast spacious interiors with designer leather furnishings, and boast a range of 4 star hotel facilities such as a lavish en suite marble tiled bathroom with shower facilities. Fitzroy Island Resort Ocean Suites – are spacious holiday sanctuaries ideal for couples, dual couples, groups and families. The holiday suites are all ocean facing, offering sweeping views over Welcome Bay to the Coral Sea. The interiors of the 4 ½ star holiday suites are sensual and vivid featuring sweeping open plan interiors with timber and leather furnishing, lush gold drapes and seductive marble bathrooms with large rain showers. The one bedroom Ocean Suites have capacity for four guests with a king or king split and a double sofa couch. The two bedroom Ocean Suites are a combination of the one bedroom suite and hotel suite, ideal for groups of six guests.

Fitzroy Island Resort Beach Cabins - each two bedroom Beach Cabin is located a stones throw from the golden shores of Welcome Bay with views across Welcome Bay to the Coral Sea. The Beach Cabins boast a beachcomber ambiance. Located at the front of the holiday resort, the Beach Cabins feature exquisite privacy with sensational views. The Beach Cabins boast plasma TV, tea and coffee making facilities and refrigerator, marble bathroom with rain shower and a small private patio complete with table and chairs, walk directly from the front balcony onto the Coral Beach. The Beach Cabins are ideal for families or dual couples with capacity for four guests. A king zip and two singles feature in the Beach Cabins. Sleeps up to four guests.

Penthouse - for those who desire absolute luxury Fitzroy Island Resort boasts the Penthouse Suite – a four bedroom holiday apartment located on the resort’s top floor which offers sweeping views of the Great Barrier Reef and thin line of the horizon beyond. The Penthouse Suite offers every luxury one would desire on an island vacation, from the designer leather furnishings, lounge and dining area and larger than normal outdoor balcony with Ocean Views. Two bathrooms feature in the Penthouse Suite, the master bathroom featuring a deluxe plunge spa bath - the most romantic way to end the sultry tropical island days. Fitzroy Island is located 29 km south east of Cairns. Fitzroy Island is easily accessible, only a short 45 minute ferry trip from Cairns. Fitzroy Island ferries depart Cairns daily at 8:30 am and return at 4:30 pm. Ask our reservations staff to book your Fitzroy Island ferry transfer when making accommodation reservations. Ferry Transfers $58 per adult and $31.50 per child return. Plus $5 pay on board Marine Park Levy.
